Studio Appétit is a multidisciplinary experiential design studio & concept house established in NYC and later relocated to The Netherlands. The studio was founded by Ido Garini, renowned worldwide as a pioneer in the integration of culinary art and the act of eating within the contemporary design, art and also marketing and PR world. Following work in the hospitality industry at a young age, Ido graduated from design school and continued his studies in select courses at the International Culinary Centre in New York and Yale University, gaining a broad spectrum of experience and knowledge in the design disciplines, creative industries and the culinary world.
Studio Appétit is guided by a new way of thinking about design, its purpose and its manifestation, based on a firm understanding that in today’s fast-paced, high thrill, ever-changing world, creating a lasting impact requires more sophisticated and interdisciplinary experiences. The studio combines many aspects of traditional design with out of the box takes about eating and food design, alongside bespoke creations & culinary content.
